Casumo Makes First Acquisition

Casumo the online gambling operator based in Malta has made its first ever acquisition by striking a deal to purchase CasinoSecret. The company has not disclosed the amount of the deal for the business that focuses on customer experience and cash back features. CasinoSecret is licensed and based in Malta and was founded in 2018.

According to reports Casumo had already acquired a 40% stake in CasinoSecret last year and today deal sees the completion of the whole purchase.

Shelly Suter-Hadad, Casumos Chief Executive said: “We have developed an ambitious and exciting collaboration with the team at CasinoSecret, which made the merger a clear next step from all perspectives.

“The acquisition will enable us to further leverage the strong synergies and shared direction of both businesses, while taking our group portfolio to the next level.”

Nadir Ounissi , CasinoSecrets Chief Executive, said: the brand’s focus on online casino customer experience fit well with Casumo’s approach.
