Dazn Bet Gains German Sports Betting License

Dazn Bet which is owned by parent company Dazn has been added to the white List in Germany. Dazn Bet was launched in April 2022 along with its partner Pragmatic Play and now joins the likes of Jackpot50, Tipico and 888, Dazn Bet which will be known under the Daznbet.de label in Germany will offer sports betting to local gamblers.

Dazn Bet is owned by sports media streaming service Dazn. It was first formed in April 2022, as part of a partnership with Pragmatic Gaming. It was added to the sports betting section of Germany’s white list.

The operator joins the likes of Jackpot50, 888 and Tipico on the list.

Dazn Bet, which is registered in Malta, will operate under the Daznbet.de domain.

The German regulator has been very strict on allowing overseas companies into the country and has been fighting a war against illegal offshore gambling sites. In December last year the regulator said that it had tracked 843 illegal gambling sites running in the German language to attract gamblers.
