LONDON Clubs International could be up for sale, according to the latest rumours within the gaming world. The collapse between Rank and Gala Coral fell through last week after months of discussions between the two gaming giants. Those eagerly watching the proposed move between the two discovered last week that the £250 million deal couldn’t be fully agreed on.
London Clubs is owned by US Caesars Entertainment and owns the Empire Casino in Leicester Square, London. London Clubs is rumoured to have appointed investment bank Goldman Sachs to advise on the possible sale. They have not yet released a comment regarding the speculation.
The company owns 13 casinos, including the recently launched Playboy casino.
