Hoe the casino will fit into the town according to designers
The new £14 million bath casino has given in its formal planning application showing how the casino will look like to residents.
The development which will be operated by French casino giant Partouche is predicted to be up and running by the summer of 2016, creating over 100 jobs.
The casino has already received its provisional licence to operate in a partnership between Partouche and Global Gaming Ventures, with the hotel which will make up part of the development run by Z Hotels.
The new building will need to demolish a part of a Grade 2 listed building which has already been given permission to do so, however other parts of the buildings close to the new casino and hotel will have to make way for the new development.
A final decision on planning will be made in February 2014 and work on the new casino could begin as soon as the summer.
