Britney Spears to get gaming App

Britney Spears is to get her very own gaming app following in the success of the Kardashian app that made more than $100 million.

The pop princess currently on a residency in Las Vegas has signed a deal with gaming company Glu Mobile for them to make the game which will launch in the first part of 2016.

The game will have her voice simulated but Britney Spears will have creative input on the new game which both sides are hoping will be as successful as the Kim Kardashian Hollywood game when it was released in 2014 where players were able to navigate their way through the entertainment world with the help and guidance of Kim Kardashian.

Glu Mobile also have signed up Kay Perry with her own game app which is due for release later this year.

Of the new agreement with Britney to Glu’s portfolio, company Chief Executive Niccolo de Masi said: “People like Britney Spears have been successful for more than a decade.

“They have brand recognition and social following everywhere: not just developed nations but also emerging markets.”
