Deutsche Bank looks to sell off Red Rock Resorts for $440 million

Deutsche Bank is looking to sell its 17% stake in Red Rock Resorts known formerly as Station Casinos for an estimated $440 million. The banking giant that is in major trouble in the US with it facing billion dollar law suits in regard to falsely selling mortgage securities.

The bank acquired the stake in the company five years ago with the former owner looking at bankruptcy, the major shareholder in Red Rock Resorts are brothers Lorenzo and Frank Fertitta who founded the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and sold it for $4 billion.

Analyst’s say that Deutsche Bank will make a profit on the sale but who will come in for the shares will be interesting as they will become a major player in Nevada.
