GVC Calls Time With Oddschecker

GVC has decided to call time with Oddschecker following an announcement initially made by Coral part of GVC and then followed by GVC Holdings themselves who also operate Ladbrokes and Betdaq.

The deal with affiliate company Oddschecker has been running for several years but according to the official announcement it seems that both sides could not come to an agreement on the financial package involved to promote GVCs businesses.

Below is the announcement by Coral:

Coral will no longer feature on Oddschecker after GVC confirmed it has decided not to renew its affiliate deal.

The relationship will come to an end on 9th July, 2020, meaning GVC’s UK digital brands Coral, Ladbrokes and Betdaq will no longer be affiliated with Oddschecker.

The decision to leave the service has been taken for ‘commercial reasons’.

A GVC statement said today: “We would like to wish Oddschecker the best of luck and thank them for the positive relationship we’ve enjoyed over the years we’ve worked together.

“Sadly, we couldn’t agree commercial terms to renew the relationship, so as of the 9th July our UK Digital Brands – Ladbrokes, Coral and Betdaq – will no longer feature on the service.”
