Les Ambassadeurs Casino sold again

Les Ambassadeurs Casino

Upmarket London Les Ambassadeurs Casino has been sold again for $320 million to Paul Suen Cho Hung a Hong Kong investor who also owns Birmingham City football club.

Back in 2016 Landing International Development acquired the high end market casino and the company wanted to sell the casino to generate funds for their Jeju Shinhwa World based in the Philippines which is an integrated resort. Landing International say they have made between 30% to 35% on the sale of Les Ambassadeurs since  buying it representing a healthy margin to plough more funds into the Jeju Shinhwa World project.

Landing also said the sale pointed to the strategy of the company to focus on the Asian market. The first half yearly revenues for Les Ambassadeurs stood at $54.8 million and Landing said the casino had performed well since they acquired the high roller club.
