The 16^th Women in Gaming Diversity Awards proudly announces this year’s outstanding winners, recognizing individuals and companies that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and innovation throughout the gaming sector.

The annual awards celebrate trailblazers, rising stars, and industry leaders who are helping shape a more inclusive future for gaming industry. From championing workplace equality and fostering diverse talent pipelines to creating opportunities for underrepresented communities, this year’s winners exemplify the values that drive meaningful progress across the industry.

The winners were selected by an independent panel of judges who evaluated nominees based on their impact, leadership, innovation, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Ciara Nic Liam was presented with the prestigious Special Outstanding Contribution Award at the Women in Gaming Diversity Awards, in recognition of her exceptional leadership, advocacy, and lasting impact on diversity, inclusion.

The Special Outstanding Contribution Award is among the event’s highest honours, acknowledging sustained and influential contributions that have had a significant impact across igaming industry.

Throughout her career, Ciara Nic Liam has been widely recognised for her dedication to fostering inclusive workplace cultures, supporting professional development, and advocating for greater opportunities. Her leadership and commitment have helped inspire positive change across the industry.

Acclaimed industry leader Karolina Pelc captivated audiences as the keynote speaker at the prestigious Women in Gaming Diversity Awards, where she also presented her groundbreaking book, HER PLAY.
