Now the special deal offer has expired all the other states casino operators will have to pay the $12 million license fee if they want to join the party, the deadline for those applications is another 30 days.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board said that if it did not receive the full amount of license applications from operators within the state it would consider allowing out of state casino operators applying for a license.
A full license costs now $12 million and allows the operator to offer online slots, casino games and online poker. Or for just $4 million an operator can apply for a single operational license.
