Sportsbetting Rise In New Jersey As FanDuel Leads The Way

The New Jersey gambling regulator, Division of Gaming Enforcement reported that March revenues had soared by 119.8% for the month of March with all forms of gambling seeing rises including sportsbetting, land based operations and igaming.

In total gaming revenues for the month of March hit $359.3 million that is compared to $163.5 million for the same month last year.

However it may seem dramatic the impact last March of the coronavirus with sporting events and closing of operations reflected the change.

Sportsbetting once again led the charge with rising revenues with a rise of 360% and FanDuel along with PointsBet being the market leaders in sportsbetting in New Jersey.
