PugaPuma has officially launched the Puzzle House: Mystery Rising app for iPhones. The game begins on a country porch overlooking a stunning 3-D mountain range on the horizon. There is a set of binoculars to your right and an empty table to your left. Good luck! This is about the extent of direction that you’ll receive in this game that offers some of the most rewarding and challenging gameplay.
“I’ve always been a fan of adventure puzzle games, but noticed a trend of many apps having a dark or spooky theme,” said PugaPuma Co-founder and Game Designer Curtis Nielsen. “When developing Puzzle House: Mystery Rising, we wanted to create a very challenging game evoking a sense of discovery while keeping the scenery bright and uplifting. We wanted a game that all puzzle enthusiasts would enjoy, which would be more like discovering secrets and treasure than escaping an unknown menace.”
Combining photorealistic 3-D settings with a captivating original soundtrack, Puzzle House: Mystery Rising transforms this virtual world into reality through your fingertips. With only the help of a secret journal containing minimal hints, the game leaves everything else up to you and your analytical mind. Although the game can be frustrating at times, the pride you feel as you solve the puzzles make it worthwhile, while all the time leaving you hungry for more.
With the addition of iPhones, Puzzle House: Mystery Rising is now available for all iOS devices, Android and Amazon Fire. Puzzle House: Mystery Rising is the first in a series of Puzzle House games with the second chapter anticipated for Q4 of 2015 entitled Puzzle House: Port of Call.
