UK Casinos Tell Customers To Mask Up Again

UK casino operators are once again to make customers wear face masks following the latest government guidance towards the outbreak of the latest variant Omicron.
After what has been nearly two years of difficulty for UK casinos with the outbreak of the COVID pandemic and only since July were relaxed with customers coming back, now the latest rules will again hurt the night time industry.
In rules to hopefully combat the latest variant all customers except those medically exempt will wear face coverings while moving around the venue and playing, those customers eating or drinking are allowed to remove them.
UK Prime Minister announced on Wednesday the new precautions that many of his own party MPs are opposed to, however with much of Europe now seeing a massive wave of infections from the Omicron variant many governments are not taking the risk to ignore it.
However a growing number of scientists believe that the latest variant is not as lethal or damaging to health than previous ones.
The latest rules are understood to last into the New Year at the earliest.
