Total nett revenues for the month of November stood at $2.8 billion and although the fall is less than many analyst\u2019s had expected to by some 10% it spells the likelihood now that 2019 will be the worst year for Macau casino operators since 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The fall in revenues is believed to be the lack of VIP Gamblers, the slow-down in economic growth, the ongoing trade dispute with China and the US and also the civil unrest in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">All this spells a miserable month for Macau and analyst\u2019s predict revenues for the whole of 2019 will measure against 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">However on the bright side predictions for 2020 show a fair rise in revenues compared to 2019 and with the hope of the trade dispute and Hong Kong situation improving operators are hopeful that 2019 will be a blip for their revenues increase.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Macau\u2019s Gaming Inspection &amp; Coordination Bureau reported that November revenues for the worlds largest gambling hub fell by 8.5% compared to the same period in 2018.
