Brian Mattingley<\/p><\/div>\n

The current Chairman of 888 Holdings<\/a> is stepping down to become the future non-executive chairman of Playtech<\/a>. In an announcement today Brian Mattingley<\/a> who will now be stepping down in his role as Chairman of 888 to assume the non-exec role at Playtech from June 1, 2020.<\/p>\n

Claire Milne<\/a> has been interim Chair at Playtech since Alan Jackson stepped down at Playtech in June of 2019 but now she will move aside to welcome Mattingley to the Playtech company.<\/p>\n

Mattingley has been with 888 Holdings for 16 years, Milne said of the incoming appointment: \u00a0\u201cIn selecting the new chair, we wanted to appoint an individual with significant online gambling experience and a track record of delivering high levels of corporate governance and stakeholder engagement in a highly regulated and fast growing industry.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the course of the last 30 years Brian has delivered strongly in these areas and has been at the forefront of the development of our industry.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are delighted that someone of Brian\u2019s calibre is joining the board and look forward to benefiting from his experience to support our continued progress and growth.\u201d<\/p>\n

Over the last fifteen years with 888 Holdings Mattingley started as\u00a0 a non-executive director, then CEO in 2012 before moving to \u00a0non-executive chairman in March 2016.<\/p>\n

Mattingley said: \u201cI\u2019m very pleased to be joining Playtech, at such an exciting time in the Company\u2019s development.
