Robert Hoskins<\/p><\/div>\n

Entain<\/a> announced that, after 18 years with the Group, Robert Hoskin is stepping down as Chief Governance Officer. He will leave the Board<\/a> on June 30 and remain in role with the Group until 31 August 2023.<\/p>\n

Robert has been with the Group<\/a> since 2005, originally serving as Company Secretary and Group Director of Legal, Regulatory and Secretariat, before being promoted to his current role in October 2020, and joining the Board in 2021.\u00a0 The Group has taken the decision to restructure certain responsibilities, in particular Regulatory Affairs<\/a> given the strategic importance of regulation and our focus exclusively on regulated or regulating markets.\u00a0 As a consequence of his stepping down, Robert\u2019s other responsibilities will be taken on by Simon Zinger, who is currently Entain\u2019s General Counsel.<\/p>\n

Jette Nygaard-Andersen, CEO of Entain, commented:<\/p>\n

\u201cRobert was exceptionally supportive, welcoming and helpful to me when I joined the Board of Entain as a non-executive director in 2019.\u00a0 I was therefore delighted that he agreed to remain in his role after my appointment as CEO, and I have benefitted hugely from his wisdom and counsel.
