Previously, she was CFO of Focus Home Interactive (now Focus Entertainment) where she helped shepherd the company\u2019s growth both before and after its IPO. Most recently, Deborah has served as CFO of IT-services company Groupe Exaprobe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wrapper\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<div class=\"content\">\n<div class=\"mfn-body\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Thierry Bonnefoi, who has been serving as Interim CFO since February this year, will assume the position of Chief Operating Officer, and will lead the company\u2019s work in M&amp;A, Legal and Business Intelligence. Thierry will remain a member of the Executive Management Team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>\u201c<\/em>I am very happy of today\u2019s announcement and the appointment of Deborah as CFO of Maximum Entertainment.
