At the same time, the significance of having licences and certifications for regulated markets increased \u2013 47% of the respondents consider this indicator important, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.softswiss.com\/news\/ga-survey-results-2022\/?utm_source=media&amp;utm_medium=pr&amp;utm_campaign=ga-kantar-research-2023\">compared<\/a> to 32% in 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Speaking about emotional characteristics, which influence the choice of a supplier, the respondents highlighted the below Top 3 as the most significant:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Top level of service<\/li>\n<li>Long-term and reliable partner<\/li>\n<li>Simple and quick communication with account managers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Matching the key functional and emotional characteristics essential for operators, the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator solidifies its leading position in the iGaming market.
