NGR growth, supported by upgrades to gaming machine areas and external signage across 50 venues.\u00a0Enracha posted a 9% like-for-like revenue increase as machine investments lifted visits and spend.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Regulatory Settlement and Medium-Term Strategy<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Rank Group previously faced regulatory scrutiny when the Gambling Commission imposed a \u00a3500,000 settlement in October 2018 for failures in protecting a problem gambler.\u00a0The investigation revealed that the operator failed to interact with a customer displaying problematic behavior, contacted him during a self-exclusion period, and did not follow credit provision rules.\u00a0In one instance, the customer lost \u00a31 million in a 24-hour period at Grosvenor Casino locations and online platforms.\u00a0The settlement amount reflected Rank Group&#8217;s self-reporting of failures and transparency during the investigation.\u00a0The payment went to
