FanDuel Listing Not Till May 2022

Flutter Entertainment has all but confirmed that their plan to float a minority listing of FanDuel on the US stock market will not take place till May 2022.

The online gambling giant that operates Paddy Power and Betfair who also operate the US sports betting biggest business with FanDuel was considered to be floated by Chairman Peter Jackson this year and could value FanDuel at £13 billion but it is thought the surprise resignation of Matt King the boss at FanDuel has slowed that process down.

Currently Flutter are searching for a replacement for King who leaves in the next few weeks, rumours also said that Peter Jackson would not be able to find suitable investment bank to proceed with the US IPO because of the ongoing legal dispute with Fox, something that Peter Jackson refutes.
