The resort which has NoMad on the upper tiers of the Park MGM as a boutique hotel will have all its 2,993 rooms completely smoke and even vape free.
Park MGM and NoMad have been shuttered since the COVID-19 outbreak in March and executives have just announced that come the end of September when they plan to reopen the entire venue will have no smokers, indeed on the website for Park MGM it has changed its front page to say: “Let’s Clear the Air: Park MGM is smoke-free.”
Many of its competitors will now look on eagerly on how MGM Resorts do over the coming months and if successful will certainly consider moving themselves to a smoke free zone. It is a big gamble for MGM but then again they are in Las Vegas where everyone takes a gamble….
