Macau September Results Again Rise

September gaming revenues in Macau saw a rise of 2.8% compared to the same month in 2017 making it 26 consecutive monthly gains in the tiny enclave even thou Typhoon Mangkhut threatened to derail the hot run of rising results.

In total revenues for the month hit $2.7 billion reported the Gaming Inspection and Co-ordination Bureau (DICJ) on Monday.

However they were lower than analyst’s predictions of between 3% and 10% rise, but with a day of complete shutdown in Macau because of the threat of the Typhoon, the results were surprisingly good.
