Scientific Games Bags Lottery Contract in Kazakhstan

The international casino, social gaming and lottery services, systems and games provider, Scientific Games Corporation recently unveiled its plans to introduce the National Lottery in Kazakhstan. According to a press release by a higher management official at the company, the technology, services, and games required by the National Lottery of Kazakhstan will be catered to exclusively by the global casino bigwig Scientific Games Corporation. The company has been awarded a 15-year long contract to the effect with a local casino operator JSC Satty Zhuldyz.

The press release further revealed that a comprehensive network of a whopping 3,000 retailers in the country of Kazakhstan will be launching their individual versions of the National Lottery including scratch and draw games such as the numbers and the Keno. Being the largest country in the world that is landlocked across all its borders with its neighboring countries, Kazakhstan also ranks ninth on the list of the largest countries across the globe in terms of geographical area. Contributing to an impressive 60% of the GDP or Gross Domestic Product of the Central Asian region, Kazakhstan is also sometimes referred to as the economic powerhouse of this part of the world.

Expressing his views on the contract, the JSC Satty Zhuldyz President, Alexander Ten stated that he is thrilled to be working alongside Scientific Games in launching a socially responsible National Lottery with the support of the government of Kazakhstan in the country. He further added that their major focus of bringing in the National Lottery to the country is to promote fun and recreational gaming for the benefit of the local residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
