Gambling Bill SB319 has gone through committees and already was approved by state senators last month and now with lawmakers approving the bill it will almost certainly go to a public vote and if approved the state Governors signature to pass into law.
It has been a long haul for pro-gambling lawmakers to get this far, some 10 years in total and there is still a little way to go as the public vote would not happen till November 2022 but that will not deter supporters who see the legislation as a new tax generating mechanism.
