The licenses issued will not be active till early next year but companies now given the approval can now progress with setting up the process to start offering services to the states gamblers.
Those approved provisionally are: GAN, William Hill, Scientific Games, Golden Nugget, NYX Digital Gaming, Fanduel and Parx Interactive.
Also issued licenses went to Penn Sports Interactive, TwinSpires, Rush Street Interactive, PointsBet, DraftKings, Stars Group’s Fox Bet brand, Wynn Sports and BetMGM and SIS.
