The Casino Royal Group operates some 3,500 slot achiness in 130 locations is is Germany’s largest slots operator. The move to acquire Casino Royal already consolidates the companies presence in Germany as they already own the Admiral Play Halls.
Last year Casino Royal posted revenues of €102 million and employs over 1,000 people around Germany.
With this latest acquisition Novomatic is now by far the largest slots operator in Germany and will allow it to lease or sell its Novmatic slot machines to itself with this latest deal.
