WiG Awards Extend nominations date

Clever Duck Media (CDM) today announced an extension to the nominations for the 3rd Annual Women in Gaming Awards till the 28th April 2012, giving companies and individuals more time to enter their outstanding people for one of the prestigious awards.

Deadline extension announced

The CDM Nominations Team commented “we were not expecting such a large demand on nominations to be entered in such a short time and our entries database has crashed twice due to demand. We have announced the extension to let companies and individuals enter their deserving people, with a little bit extra time to reduce overload on the system.”

The Team continued, “Do not worry if you have entered your nominations already, we have them on the database ready for our Judges consideration, it is just that we are behind by 4 days in submitting and entering them on the system for our Judges.”

Clever Duck Media say that nominations for this year’s awards ceremony have been received from Asia, Australia, Africa, all over Europe, Canada, South America and North America, making the 3rd Annual WIG Awards the most popular ever.

In conjunction with the WIG daytime Conference the 3rd WiG will be the biggest so far, passing all expectations.
