Apprentice of the Year
This award recognises the apprentices making their mark in the UK gaming industry; those who have delivered tangible benefits to their employer – and are recognised as future leaders. To enter this category, the nominee must either be currently undertaking or have recently completed an apprentice scheme within the last 12 months. The Judges will be looking for a range of promising abilities offering a future employer a potential star within the sector.

B2B Excellence Award
Given to either an individual or team in the online or land based sectors, the award will recognize the superb work offered to the Business to Business industry, the successful entries will cover the overall service given to their clients in areas such as Marketing, Project Management, Account Management, Sales, Full end to end delivery, technical services or any other service company that caters for the B2B sector. Examples of the excellent service offered to clients including testimonials would be considered along with written evidence of the work carried out to show true excellence in this highly competitive market.

Best Diverse Place to Work
The Judges will award the winner of this category on a set of values that has led to a committed, effective, motivated and diverse workforce. The judges will award the highest scores to what sets your company apart from the competition and how it has benefitted the business and its people. Examples of Employee wellbeing and the company making a real cultural change within their workplace for the benefit of all will decide the winner of this very important category.

Community Engagement Award
Companies in the modern world not only consider their employees when engaging, they contribute to the wider community to inspire and truly engage their workforce. This award will recognise those exceptional companies that have or are running projects or a program that engages not just employees but the wider community outside of work. Companies that look at the social impact they can have to engage the community, whether this be on the focus of recruitment, social improvement or impact from the company and the reduction of impact on it in a positive way. Judges will award the winner that has shown examples of how their company has shown a positive impact towards community engagement.

Company of the Year
The Company of the Year Award recognizes that company that has demonstrated sustained long-term success and excellence in various sectors, which includes the welfare of their employees, the sustained success growth of opportunities to grow and engage the workforce. Enable an engaged and motivated workforce while ensuring success for the company, its brand and productivity.
While at the same time recognises those businesses that demonstrate a holistic and long-term commitment to equality whether it by gender, race or sexual orientation and have delivered significant progress in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for all their employees.

Corporate wellness awards are designed to recognize companies that implement effective employee wellness programs. Diversity & Inclusion
This award will go to the company/organization that shows it actively encourages diversity and inclusion in its workforce. How that company defines diversity and inclusion and how it focuses on those communities such as LGBT, women and people from BME backgrounds and people of disability and other minorities.
The company/organization does not have to include all in its workforce but shows a strategy even it be for one minority for inclusion but offers support and encouragement to all people of minority.

This award goes to an outstanding individual who has leveraged their influence to promote the values of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace and across communications internally and or externally to promote a diverse culture within the company.

This award will be given to the person who has met the following awards criteria of “VALUES”, which is for the employee to reach a high level of the following; V: Very Serviced Orientated, A: Assumes Responsibility of the work, L: Looks for new ways of innovation, U: Uses open communication, E: Everyone in the team counts, S: Supports their team above and beyond the call.

Excellence in Customer Service
This Award is open to any individual or team that has differentiated itself through a well-communicated customer commitment, the judges will look at the individual or team that has measurably improved its customer satisfaction rating, has excellent relationships between the CS and its customers and that these implementations have increased the efficiency and rating of their company.

Executive Assistant of the Year
The Executive Assistant of the Year award is recognition for individuals who excel in their role as executive or personal assistants. The award celebrates excellence in various aspects of the role, including business support, personal assistant, executive assistant, and secretary. Nominations for the award are open to those who demonstrate outstanding performance and contribution to their organizations. The award is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and impact of executive assistants in supporting their teams.

Great Place to Work Award
A great place to work is not all about lavish perks, fancy parties and amazing benefits, while this is part of it, Judges will be looking far deeper into the definition which will include, a diverse and inclusive employee demographic, trust in leadership, fairness and employee wellbeing & engagement, proving that actions taken by the company bring about real cultural change within their workplace. Ambitions and ability are recognised and rewarded irrelevant of sex, race, disability or sexual orientation. That will be the deciding factors by Judges when awarding this very special category.

This award is given to a leading HR professional within a company who has led their team to influence the goals of the company to ensure that the values of diversity, inclusion and fairness are at the heart of their businesses HR policies and to ensure their workplace has diverse talent covering all sections of the workplace.

Innovator of the Year
The winner of this award will be a company/organisation, but most importantly they are Innovators who have pioneered a new approach, product or service that have stimulated innovation in their business, organisation or workforce.
These awards are for those companies who have developed innovative new practices, services or processes over the last 12 months that have made a huge benefit within their organisation to promote an open and inclusive working environment to thrive which then translates into better business practices to their customers both internally and externally.

Inspiration of the Year
This category is open to all teams, department and business leaders working in the iGaming or land based industry. The successful nominee will show an inspirational level of commitment to those they work with, this could be in helping and motivating their colleagues through their own principles and work ethic. This category is open to all teams, department and business leaders working in the either online or land based gaming industry, nominees could be Team Leaders, Managers, Directors, CEO, CFO within the business. This important award will recognise someone within a company or organization that truly is a role model in helping drive goals, achieving tasks helping to gain success and showing how they positively engage with others as an example to all within the workplace. Now only this but a role model that has overcome their own challenges, whether it be disability, sexual discrimination, race, ageism sexual orientation or any other obstacle that they have overcome and shown a positive approach to others within their workplace.

The Outstanding Mentor Award
The Outstanding mentor award will be given to an individual who has the following abilities; they do everything they can to imprint their “goodness” onto others in ways that make others feel like fuller versions of themselves. The mentor focuses on character rather than competency and not just on job skills. The best mentor goes beyond competency, focusing on helping to shape other people’s character, values, self-awareness, empathy, and capacity for respect. A mentor is more loyal to your mentee than you are to your company. The judges will evaluate on these qualities to find the winner of this very special category.

Young Leader of the Year
An individual under the age of 30, or who turns 30 in 2026, who has progressed rapidly though their career and demonstrated business value and innovation through their hard work and endeavour. This could include demonstrations of successfully deploying technologies; improving how a company approaches technology; delivering effective technology strategies; creating business value, efficiencies and cost savings, or improving services, driving new innovation in the industry; or furthering knowledge for the company they work in.
