Media Corp. to Acquire Gaming Media? [1]

IT has been reported that Media Corp is currently in talks over a reported so-called reverse takeover of Gaming Media Group. It was first reported in the Sunday Times; they did not reveal where they first attained their reports.

The reported takeover has valued the combined business at 15 million pounds ($23.8 million.

The Sunday Times also reported that Media Corp.’s deal with Gaming Media, which owns the Poker Channel television station, may be announced in the next few days.

Neither company would comment on the deal, the Sunday Times said.
